Who we are
Mingaco Healing Cooperative is a collective whose aim is to disrupt current clinical structures through increasing ownership and reciprocity for healing practitioners and community.
Mingaco is an Inca tradition of community work/voluntary collective labor for purposes of social utility and community infrastructure projects.
Our approach
We utilize lived experience, spirituality, and learned practices as we explore liberation through holistic modalities. Together, we transmute oppressive cycles to cultivate intergenerational justice. The Cooperative ensures the self-determination of practitioners within the cooperative. We operate on shared liberatory values while guaranteeing practitioners independent control over their own work, practices, and finances.
